   The Law Firm “Glazov & Partners” has been rendering a broad range of legal services in the field of Labour Law both for employers and for employees, in particular:
• consultations concerning the matters of labour legislation of Ukraine;
• preparation of the projects of collective agreements, maintenance of the process of conclusion of them;
• development of the internal labour rules, statements about a personnel, labour instructions, labour agreements (contracts); 
• provision of legal maintenance of the procedure of employment of workers and officials, dismissal of them in connection with reorganization of enterprises, including in connection of staff reduction of reduction in a number of workers and officials and others.
   The Law Firm has a broad experience in protection of the rights of workers and officials in the courts, including concerning the matters connected with unwarranted dismissal of workers and officials (reinstatement in employment, enforcement of wage (salary) payment for the period of forced absence from work and others), non-payment (late payment) of wage (salary) to workers, officials. The Law Firm has been also rendering services to employers as to settlement of labour relations with workers and officials, including in the courts; it has been representing them (employers) in relationships with the authorities concerning various matters of Labour Law, of personnel records management.
