  International commercial arbitration
Our Lawyers present interests of clients in International Commercial Arbitrage under Chamber of Commerce and Industry of Ukraine (ICA), which is an effective instrument during resolving conflicts arising from external economic contracts and from legal relationships.
Judgements of International Commercial Arbitrage under Chamber of Commerce and Industry of Ukraine are final and subject to appealing in exceptional cases. Besides, judgements of the above-mentioned court can be fulfilled forcibly both in the territory of Ukraine and outside of the territory of Ukraine.  
An arbitration agreement about transfer of an existing dispute (or a dispute which can arise in the future) for adjudication in International Commercial Arbitrage under Chamber of Commerce and Industry of Ukraine is an essential condition for adjudication in ICA. 
In connection with this, our lawyers, besides representation of interests of clients directly during law proceedings, render services concerning development of arbitration agreements or arbitration clauses which are included directly in a text of an external economic contract.

  European Court of Human Rights
We render services concerning preparation of a bundle of documents for appeal to European Court of Human Rights.

  Economic judicial proceedings
We render economic subjects services as to presentation of their interests concerning various matters in economic courts, in particular: concerning the matters of pre-trial adjustment of disputes; concerning the matters of maintenance of corporative, contractual, and other economic disputes, beginning by commencement of action and finishing by execution of judgement; and also concerning the matters connected with presentation of interests of a client during fulfillment of a procedure of bankruptcy, reorganization, and others.

 Administrative legal proceedings
We represent interests of clients qualifiedly in administrative courts of all instances as to disputes with the state authorities, the institutions of local government, tax authorities.

   Civil legal proceedings
We represent interests of clients in the courts of the first instance, appeal courts, Supreme Court of Ukraine of civil, labour, housing disputes.
