National Bank of Ukraine  fully changed a chapter 3 Instructions about the order of organization and realization of currency-exchange operations on territory of Ukraine, containing the rules of establishment of course of grivna to foreign currencies.

From November, 20, 2009 changes go into effect. Plenary powers to set the single (for all branches of bank, financial institution, and postal connection) course of purchase and sale of foreign currencies for grivnas will have exceptionally chairman of rule of bank or financial institution. This course will operate during all operating day and it is impossible it will be to change him. Besides plenary powers to set the maximum sizes of margin on operations at the available currency market will appear at the National bank.
